Dynamic Lifestyle Programs Coordinator

As a Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to deliver engaging lifestyle programs and activities to residents. This involves leading, developing and mentoring employees, designing and planning activity and lifestyle programs, conducting individual assessments of resident needs and ensuring care plans are updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Design and plan engaging lifestyle programs and activities
  • Conduct individual assessments and ensure care plans are updated
  • Co-coordinate onsite volunteers providing support to residents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or relevant Certificate IV qualification
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling module (or willingness to obtain)
  • Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
