Job Overview

This key role plays a critical part in the implementation of our client's new case management system.

The successful candidate will lead analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs and process improvements to support delivery of the client's new case management system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs and process improvements to support the delivery of the client's new case management system.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts, operational teams, delivery partners and technical specialists to develop and validate current and future state process maps, business rules and user stories.
  • Contribute to solution design by applying a strong understanding of solution architecture, data flows and business logic to ensure systems are practical, scalable and fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with senior change managers, communications teams and other stakeholders to support training, change and adoption activities as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a senior or lead business and solution analyst on complex digital or regulatory projects.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • A commitment to improving systems and processes that support regulatory work.
  • A Scrum Master certification is highly regarded.

Contract Details:

This is an 8-month contract with a possible 6-month extension. The work arrangement is hybrid, offering the opportunity to work with a federal government client.
