Accounting Support Role

This is a 12-month fixed term finance position within the business, providing all-round accounting support for the wider operation.

You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, month-end reporting and debtor management, while assisting with invoicing and other finance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and process bank journals, ensuring accurate cash allocation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of allocated Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and trial balances as part of month-end processes and weekly reporting requirements.
  • Manage debtor accounts, including accurate reporting, and raising invoices and journals.
  • Monitor financial transactions to maintain system integrity and mitigate financial risks.
