About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's strategic objectives and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategic Partner: Provide expert HR consultation and advice to managers and employees at all levels, translating operational strategies into HR objectives.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage people-related activities across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, manager capability uplift, performance management, and other employee relations matters.
  • HR Systems Administration: Manage the administration of Human Resources systems, including all recruitment, induction, on-boarding, and other related systems.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Support employee well-being and manage change processes, including supporting injured workers return to work following work-related injury.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in generalist Human Resources (minimum 5 years' experience) or related role.
  • Skills: Proven track record in developing and maintaining highly effective stakeholder relationships, excellent time management skills, and advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
