Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our customer journey and help us scale as a high-growth SaaS company. This role will involve hands-on involvement in the early stages, with opportunities to shape the entire post-sales experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and running onboarding and implementation workflows that deliver value quickly, creating playbooks, processes, and systems to support a growing customer base, and leading and mentoring a small team while remaining involved across key accounts and escalations.

This hire will partner with product and engineering teams to champion customer feedback and insights, drive renewals and expansions through proactive strategies, and report directly to the CEO to help define the company's long-term customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
