About Our Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate client household moves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and coordinating relocation services.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely receipt of payments for services rendered.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
About You:

You will have experience in managing delivery of services to clients in a fast-paced environment. You will have demonstrated success in managing client expectations and developing strong relationships quickly.

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing client expectations
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone
  • Showcase problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
  • Display excellent communication skills within a business environment
  • Possess sound financial knowledge and invoicing experience
  • Experience with travel, accommodation, or related booking schedules is advantageous
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a medium to large-size company
