At our showroom, we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our close-knit team.

Job Description

This role involves helping people identify and select suitable mobility equipment and daily living aids. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and solutions tailored to each individual's needs.

Our showroom is based in Mandurah, WA, and this role is full-time.

Responsibilities

As a sales professional, your daily tasks will include:

  • Completing retail sales in the showroom.
  • Organizing delivery and handover of equipment through our warehouse/deliveries team.
  • Liaising with allied health professionals (e.g. Occupational Therapists) to provide advice on products and organize product trials.
  • Providing consulting services, preparing quotes, and completing sales administration activities for orders for equipment that will be purchased by organizations on behalf of their clients.
  • Responding to email requests for information and order enquiries.
  • Assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.

Additionally, you will participate in the Saturday morning showroom roster, working every 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning.
