The role of a sales associate is multifaceted. They are responsible for assisting customers in identifying the right mobility equipment and daily living aids that cater to their needs.
Providing expert advice on products, organizing product trials with allied health professionals, and completing retail sales in the showroom are some key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities also include coordinating delivery and handover of equipment through our warehouse/deliveries team, responding to email requests for information and order enquiries, and assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.

This role requires individuals who possess excellent communication skills, good people skills, and sensitivity towards elderly and disabled individuals.
