About the Role

This is a casual opportunity with two shifts per fortnight, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will be supported by a positive Hotel Services Coordinator and be part of a well-respected Aged Care provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary requirements and modified textured food guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hotel Services Coordinator to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to resident preferences and dietary needs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in commercial cookery.
  • Covid vaccination evidence.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Flexibility to work across both shift times.
  • Personable and respectful attitude.
