This role is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Aboriginal strategy and reconciliation.

As a Senior Advisor, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing our Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan project planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will develop culturally intelligent approaches for our organization's way of working.
  • You will strengthen coordination between initiatives, programs, and activities to build a shared sense of direction and alignment.

We are seeking a professional with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, preferably with experience in strategy development and stakeholder engagement.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills, highly developed verbal/written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
