Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). They will empower and lead staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage financial resources effectively, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations to ensure profitability and KPI achievement
- 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised and make decisions independently
- Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and film projection desirable
