Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers at a range of events.
About the Role- You will be responsible for greeting and guiding customers, anticipating their needs during events and shows, ensuring areas are safe and operationally effective, and serving bar food and beverages at intervals.
- Hours of work vary, with most events at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday.
- To hit the ground running, you will have good availability in your first month to gain momentum working across all our venues.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
- You will be part of a supportive and responsive training program.
