- As a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes.
- Our ideal candidate will identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
Key responsibilities include driving sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making, conducting value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity, and tailoring engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content.
Our perfect fit will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative, previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields, proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
