This is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the field of haematology.

You will be part of a dynamic national team, responsible for delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategic objectives
  • Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
  • Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
  • Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Specialty Sales Representative
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
