Senior Business Analyst - Workflow

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Launch Recruitment, specializing in workflow process automation. As a critical player in transforming business operations, you will lead the discovery, analysis, and automation of key business processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end discovery, documentation, and analysis of current business workflows and processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements to streamline processes across the organization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and automation developers to design and implement automated workflows using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Develop process maps, use cases, and functional specifications to guide workflow automation efforts.
  • Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability of automation solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Strong experience in project discovery, business process re-engineering, and process mapping.
  • Solid understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Financial services experience essential.
  • Experience within Business and Commercial Banking/Lending will highly regarded.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in business analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
