Job Description:

As a client liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout their construction journey. You will work closely with our clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients throughout their construction project
  • Providing proactive updates and information
  • Liaising with clients, supervisors, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in client liaison or a related field
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes
  • The ability to read and interpret building plans
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the preconstruction and construction process
  • Fast, efficient, and agile with a desire to continually improve business systems
  • Ability to converse with stakeholders across various departments
