  • Spearhead the development of captivating content across various channels.
  • Oversee the entire production process, from concept to post-production.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of creative output with product visions.
Requirements
  • Build a high-performing team and guide them towards achieving exceptional results.
  • Take ownership of team performance and foster development.
  • Bachelor's degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
  • Experience as a Studio Lead within a creative department or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of photography and production (pre & post).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with 3+ more years in a management role.
