Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team in a permanent full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and be able to provide engineering support for air vehicle structures over the product lifecycle.

The 24-month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to transition into a successful professional. You will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with design and maintenance teams, and develop engineering documentation to support ongoing product operation and maintenance.

To be eligible, applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science, or information technology and meet Defence security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures over the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects.
  • Disposition problem reports generated from ground and flight testing.
  • Develop air vehicle modification kits through collaboration with design and maintenance teams.
  • Develop engineering documentation (e.g. instructions, manuals, procedures, and risk assessments) to support ongoing product operation and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Defence security clearance.
