The Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division at SA Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Frailty Unit (AFU) at Lyell McEwin Hospital.
As a Registered Nurse in the AFU, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients with complex health needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals requiring acute medical and rehabilitation services.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. Your clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and effective communication will be essential in making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
You will also need to undergo a satisfactory Criminal History Check and provide evidence of your immunisation status.
