Job Description:

The Legal Team at this property development and construction company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to support their in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide legal and strategic support across various projects, from scouting and acquiring properties to selling and leasing.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You will also assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction, and commercial issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have between 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, ideally with some exposure to construction law. You should be able to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, conduct due diligence on property transactions, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
