Job Overview

Lead a team of Area Managers and oversee all field activities performed by the Internal Workforce within South Australia.

In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing workforce requirements to deliver excellent customer experience across several metrics, including consistent work practices, customer experience, productivity, HS&E, and quality.

This position will also lead business improvement opportunities, develop roadmaps for the region ensuring work is prioritized appropriately and provide operational insights and innovation that support field initiatives.

As a seasoned leader, you'll drive improvement plans and ensure a balanced workforce and workload. You'll develop and lead a team of managers with a commercial focus whilst providing exemplary levels of customer service.
