As a seasoned operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead a team to achieve organisational objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to optimise resource allocation and ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
  • Champion excellence in service provision through strong leadership and innovative practices.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective stewardship of resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key external partners across the state.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience managing diverse teams, inspiring, influencing and building effective relationships.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of human resource management and organisational performance best practices.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability and sound decision-making abilities.

Applicants should hold tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a relevant field, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
