Sales Support Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support in the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales orders, purchase orders, and internal jobs using Epicor software.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures and ensure they meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Epicor software (desirable).

  • Able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal software programs.
