- Provide high-quality customer service
- Assist with S2 & S3 recommendations under pharmacist supervision
- Support customers with general queries, product recommendations and sales transactions
- Be a supportive and positive member of the team
- Contribute to general administration tasks
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience with OTC medications and an S2/S3 certificate is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and presentation
- Demonstrates empathy towards customers' needs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised, reliable and punctual
