Sales Administration Supervisor Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Supervisor to manage a team responsible for executing Customer and Freight / Carrier activities at Regional Sites in Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance and Albany.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating accurate administration and processing of product contracts, ensuring customer accounts are orders are managed, entered and updated correctly.
Additionally, they will provide supervision to Customer Service Teams and support leadership roles through delegation, monitoring performance, identifying training/development gaps and handling complaints.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer administration experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires a customer-centric approach with a focus on efficient use of Customer Administration systems while resolving questions and issues promptly.
Closing interactions with customers will provide a unique viewpoint enabling continuous improvement of programs and services offered.
The role involves coordinating scheduling and delivery operations at each regional plant, supporting Sales and Account Managers with key accounts and their administration.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating accurate administration and processing of product contracts;
- Ensuring customer accounts are orders are managed, entered and updated correctly;
- Providing supervision to Customer Service Teams and support leadership roles through delegation, monitoring performance, identifying training/development gaps and handling complaints;
- Providing leadership and continuously improving professionalism and teamwork, providing clear guidelines of customer service and administration standards so that service levels and objectives are met;
- Ensuring a safe workplace for all employees and customers by maintaining compliance with HSE management system standards;
