About the Role

As an Automotive Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are in pristine condition for our customers. This involves detailing the interior and exterior of our cars, including cleaning, washing, and vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles for rental by cleaning and washing the exterior, and vacuuming and sanitizing the interior.
  • Refuel gas tanks, check fluid levels, tire conditions, pressure, and tread depth.
  • Inspect vehicles for any potential new damages and report them according to our vehicle damage procedure.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly regarded.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfort using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
