We're looking for a Relief Customer Delivery Representative to join us inBanyo, QLD.

As a Relief Customer Delivery Representative, you'll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The primary function of the Relief Customer Delivery Representative (CDR) is to support with cover for annual leave and provide additional resources to help wholesale customers as per set runs.

Never afraid of hard work, in this fast-paced role you'll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist QLD contractors and customers across the state.

Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you'll:

Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner

Maintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer base

Ensure all safety checks are completed daily

Accounting for all money and stock movements on a daily basis

Replacement of warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedure

Managing all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy.

Ensuring that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit

Ability to travel to multiple locations including Banyo, Townsville, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and surrounds, as required by the business.

Experience in a warehouse distribution environment

You're highly trustworthy and reliable. You have a can-do attitude, and you love getting the job done right

Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships

You're able to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of17kg

You have a current forklift (LF or LO) licence

You have a valid minimum MR driver's licence

You have good computer skills and close attention to detail

You're committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards

Good basic English and writing skills

Ability to work under pressure
