Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Studio Coordinator. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our creative studio, from coordinating resources and managing briefs to maintaining timelines and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources and manage briefs to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project timelines and progress
  • Develop and implement effective project management tools and processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in studio/traffic coordination or project management
  • A strong understanding of graphic design, copywriting, and video production processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Wrike
  • Strong copy-editing skills and a solid grasp of branding and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
