Project Coordinator - Construction

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of deliverables across various construction projects. This role will involve planning, oversight, and reporting of technical project activities, ensuring timely delivery and status tracking of project outcomes.

  • The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • This individual will conduct site inspections, monitor progress against project schedules, provide technical support, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

About You:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction and multi-residential projects (minimum of 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
