About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, and a Project Manager to join our team in Varsity Lakes, Queensland. This full-time role will see you work closely with our construction and client teams to deliver high-quality projects from start to finish in Australia and around the globe.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budget management and stakeholder liaison.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the client and internal teams.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation and records.
  • Providing support and guidance to members of the project team.
What we're looking for
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction, management, insurance or a related field; experience only in the relevant field will also be considered.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar project management or coordination role within construction or insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (training will be provided).
  • An understanding of construction processes and regulations, preferably in the commercial space.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
