Job Overview

A senior-level SAP Basis Administrator is required to oversee the management and support of complex SAP systems in large-scale cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operation and monitoring of SAP technologies including NetWeaver, Business Objects, Web Dispatcher, and OpenText.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement architectural decisions and process improvement initiatives that enhance performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Develop and execute system automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Lead incident, change, and event management processes within an ITIL framework.
  • Support service areas with advanced troubleshooting and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration with a deep understanding of system and OS-level configurations.
  • Strong background in cloud operations and provisioning automation.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools and processes.
  • SAP certification in NW Administration or S/4HANA System Administration preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
