Nasdaq: CLPS)Aspiring IT Recruiter | Passionate About Connecting Tech Talent SAP Basis Administrator Company: Ridik CLPSAbout the Role We're looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Administrator to join a high-performing Platform Support team and play a critical role in ensuring system stability, security, and performance of the SAP landscape through expert administration, proactive monitoring, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior ERP Manager, you will manage and support a complex SAP landscape across ECC, Net Weaver Portal, ABAP/Java dual-stack systems, Fiori, SAP CRM and SAP BW.
Key Responsibilities : SAP Landscape Support Provide end-to-end support for SAP ECC, Net Weaver Portal, ABAP/Java stacks, Fiori, SAP CRM and SAP BW.
Act as the technical liaison regarding platform issues and user support.
Manage Transport Management System across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
Manage Data and Document Archiving in SAP systems.
Resolve issues including job failures, system dumps, login errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain RFC destinations, web services, SSL/SAML/SSO setups, and SAP certificate renewals.
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence.
Apply OSS Notes, coordinate with SAP support for escalations and patch deployments.
Document system configurations, procedures, and support audit compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Availability Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.
