About the Position

This is a full-time, office-based position in Brisbane. You will oversee the entire financial function and take responsibility for end-to-end reporting, statutory accounts, treasury, tax, audit, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full financial cycle including month end, half-year, year-end, and consolidated statutory reporting,
  • Oversee treasury and short term cash flow forecasting to support operational discipline,
  • Manage tax compliance including ITR, FBT, and tax effect accounting,
  • Drive accuracy and governance across accounts payable and supplier payments,
  • Lead external audit processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships,
  • Support and develop your team, including a Senior Accountant and AP Officer.
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,
  • Proven experience leading finance in mining, resources or heavy industry,
  • Technically strong and comfortable operating at pace,
  • Confident managing lean teams and owning end-to-end processes,
  • Familiarity with Pronto ERP is an advantage.
