This role requires a high level of commercial acumen, data-driven insights, and effective communication skills to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Support and challenge business cases and strategic initiatives
  • Deliver and interpret monthly performance reports
  • Lead divisional planning and reforecasting activities
  • Identify commercial insights through data analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models to support initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, analytics, and operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • CA or CPA accreditation
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable finance role
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • High level of self-awareness and personal effectiveness
