">About the Role">

As the Project Coordination Lead, you will oversee the execution of various estate-related activities, including estate maintenance requests, survey & quote activities, and estate works. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and efficient completion of all estate maintenance activities, supervising the execution of estate works projects, leading survey initiatives, and maintaining high safety standards in ongoing projects.

  • Manage and supervise the execution of estate works projects to meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead the coordination of survey initiatives and prepare quotes for estate work projects.

About You

">

We seek an experienced project coordination professional with 7 years of experience in project management, at least 3 years in a leadership role within a similar industry. Experience in stakeholder management, budget control, and project management tools is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is also desired.
