The Role:

You will be responsible for driving financial performance, fostering positive store cultures, and ensuring customer safety remain top priorities. This role will support our Northside store locations in Brisbane, spanning from the Sunshine Coast to inner North Brisbane.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth
- Building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Implementing effective plans to reduce shrinkage and expenses
- Providing clear direction to management teams
- Enhancing the overall customer experience for your community

The Ideal Candidate:

">

- Prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Experience coaching and leading large, diverse teams
- Strong values reflecting a commitment to safety, customer-centricity, and team motivation
- Excellent relationship-building skills with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated budget and financial management skills, including wage control
