Student Wellbeing Professional

This role involves working closely with families, healthcare professionals and staff to achieve positive outcomes for students.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Counselling, Psychology and/or Social Work, or equivalent significant demonstrated experience working with young people who have complex trauma and/or mental health needs.
The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of adolescent development and trauma-informed practices, as well as the ability to work professionally with empathy and agility in a school context.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and staff to support students' educational and wellbeing needs
- Work closely with the broader team, community stakeholders and partners to achieve positive outcomes for students
- Ensure a child-safe environment, compliant with regulatory requirements and manages risk within the organisation
