Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Water Resources expert to lead our irrigation practice. This individual will be responsible for managing the planning and design of irrigation projects, including coordinating and leading project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development related to irrigation projects, working with irrigation districts, Bureau of Reclamation, Army Corp of Engineers, and Natural Resources Conservation Service. Experience with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Tribes is desired.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and design of irrigation projects
  • Coordinate and lead project teams
  • Develop proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in Water Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • Committed to quality, improvement, and our values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience experienced in development and management of diverse teams
