We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team at our in-house café. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside our chefs to deliver high-quality meals for our 1,200 team members onsite at our global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities- Work within a fast-paced kitchen environment where no two days are ever the same.
- Assist with menu planning and preparation, ensuring we meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.
- Ensure timely kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support the Head Chef and team in day-to-day kitchen operations, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Organize events and catering, delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage ordering and stock levels, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Provide support to the team with tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and plating, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
- Assist with on-the-job training for new team members, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in this dynamic environment.
- Set up your workstation with equipment and maintain a tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate new menu items, staying ahead of the curve and meeting the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Degree or equivalent experience as a chef in a volume café setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures, with a focus on presentation and creativity.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and high volumes.
- A creative problem-solver who thinks on their feet, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
