We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Educator to spearhead the development and delivery of our training programs.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs, encompassing face-to-face, online, and blended approaches
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver solutions that enhance organisational performance
  • Provide consultancy services to managers and assess competency on relevant role-specific tasks
  • IDentify opportunities to update and refresh training resources
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Clinical experience in an aged care environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
