Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in procurement or inventory management
• Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills
• Detail-oriented documentation experience
• Vendor or supplier quoting knowledge
• Materials tracking or planning exposure

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Catalogue and track inventory parts
• Source and record supplier quotations
• Populate and update spreadsheets
• Purchase tooling and manage records
• Support planning and materials tracking
