Insurance Sales and Administration Coordinator

About your role
As a key member of our team at 13cabs, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective insurance sales and administration. This will include managing Cabsure Insurance sales, general insurance, and other products, as well as ensuring seamless customer service experiences.
About your responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Maximise the value proposition of Cabsure to solidify 13cabs as the preferred network partner.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams to achieve efficient and effective customer service.
- Implement and maintain consistent workflow processes and expectations.
- Proactively manage and integrate new products, systems, and services to drive business success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems and processes are optimised for efficiency.
- Establish and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with 13cabs standards, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage breaches and non-compliance matters to mitigate negative impact.
- Communicate and reinforce safety and quality policies and procedures.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in business, insurance management, or related discipline is desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management or related fields is required.
- You should be able to resolve problems pragmatically, think outside the box, and demonstrate wisdom and business acumen.
- You should be able to set goals, develop plans, anticipate obstacles, and develop alternative plans.
