About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at AMA Group Australia in Shepparton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately quoting vehicles, and ensuring timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quote Management: Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Repair Coordination: Process vehicles onsite, including arrival inspections, mapping, and imaging, to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Parts Management: Manage parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Handover: Hand over completed repairs to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous collision repair industry experience is essential.
  • Commitment to Safety: Strong commitment to working safely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Good attitude, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Reliable, hardworking, and a team player, with a strong commitment to collaboration.
