About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at AMA Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for vehicle repairs, in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging, to identify repair requirements.
  • Manage parts and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Process vehicles through the repair process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, work providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless repair processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the collision repair industry, with a strong understanding of repair procedures and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
