We're changing the game in digital marketing. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll lead and execute projects & conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our Digital Operations team, working closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives and meet commercial needs.

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies that drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex digital projects, from planning to deployment and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Your Skills And Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management, with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, production processes, and technologies.
  • Experience working with web developers, digital producers, visual designers, and copywriters to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns through an agile framework.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing traffic and channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
