We are experiencing rapid growth, expanding our services and building our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across clients' projects and organisations.

About this Role

Simpel's Client Success team takes ownership of the entire customer experience, driving digital transformation across clients' projects and organisations.

Previous experience in the construction industry or construction technology sector is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring clients unlock the full potential of Simpel and experience unparalleled value.
  • Taking ownership of the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
  • Consulting and supporting clients in implementing and adopting Simpel and digital processes within their organisation.
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Conducting regular check-in calls, business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the construction or construction technology sector, with a proven track record as a Client Success Manager in a construction technology SaaS company.
