Loan Processor Job Description

The primary function of a Loan Processor is to coordinate the loan application process from start to finish.

  • Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing
  • Chase payment of processing fees from clients
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and organize multiple loan applications simultaneously
  2. Coordinate with underwriters and other teams to ensure smooth loan processing
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in loan processing and document handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of loans and underwriting principles
