Loan Administration Expertise

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire loan lifecycle from onboarding to repayment.

  • The Loan Operations Manager ensures accuracy and integrity of loan administration trade entries.
  • Oversight of all loan types, including settlements, restructures, and complex modifications.

A key responsibility is managing end-to-end loan servicing (drawdowns, repayments, rollovers). Additionally, monitoring covenant compliance & regulatory reporting is crucial in this role.

System Management and Reporting
  • The ideal candidate will act as owner for loan management system and lead an upcoming system migration project.
  • They will build automated workflows for efficiency and report on loan performance & key metrics.
About the Role
  • 7+ years of experience in loan administration or portfolio management required.
  • Strong knowledge of loan management systems and software essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Implementing digital document management for loan files.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive loan procedures manual.
  • Tracking collateral for secured facilities.

This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
