Technology Strategist

This role bridges business priorities with technical delivery, leading and developing a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to ensure high-quality requirements, documentation, and testing standards across product and project initiatives.
As the lead Analyst on key initiatives, you will partner with business leaders, IT, and vendor partners to align strategy, define scope, requirements, and deliver solutions that support customer-facing digital platforms and supporting business systems.
- Leverage AI for knowledge management, requirement validation, and predictive risk analysis.
- Partner with architects to explore how AI, automation, and data analytics can improve delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience. Agile/Scrum certification is desired. Cloud or Data Analytics certification is a plus.
8-12+ years of experience in related field. 4+ years of leadership/management experience of a similar technical field.
