Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Analyse operational costs to identify areas for financial efficiency and savings, contributing to our organisation's financial health.
  • Track financial performance against the budget and provide explanations for any variances, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for management and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights into our organisation's financial position.
  • Ensure compliance with not-for-profit financial regulations and donor reporting requirements, maintaining our organisation's reputation and integrity.
The Ideal Candidate

About you:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • CPA or CA qualified, with experience in financial analysis or management accounting.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis, with proficiency in financial software.
